Apartments & Rates

The rates are for 2 persons per day.

For each additional person we charge 25,00 Euro per day. Children up to 3 years free of charge.
If you would like to serve yourself at our breakfast buffet, we will charge you 18,00 Euro per person.
Our apartments are rented for a minimum stay of 5 nights. The rate for the final cleaning is 45,00 Euro and is not included in the apartment price.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Daily cleaning
The Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna is valid for the entire stay.

In addition, from 01.01.2014 a local tax of 3.30 Euro per person and day will be levied for the province of South Tyrol (except children under 14 years).
